    A Complete 3 Day Detox That Will Cleanse Your Body From Sugar, Help You Lose Weight And Boost Your Health

    Day #1

    • Breakfast: 3 eggs (boiled) with a cup of seeds and oats
    • Snack: 1 cup of nuts
    • Lunch: roasted chicken breasts with veggies (carrots, turnips, parsnips, squash, beets)
    • Dinner: Fried salmon with broccoli and mushrooms or green beans


    Day #2

    • Breakfast: 3 eggs with spinach, a cup of seeds and oats
    • Snack: 1 cup of nuts
    • Lunch: grilled zucchinis and bell peppers with salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, and roasted carrots with parsley sprinkled on top
    • Dinner: veggie casserole and bean soup plus Bok Choy with baked cod and roasted Brussels sprouts and turnips


    Day #3

    • Breakfast: salad made with sautéed kale, radish and walnuts and 3-egg shrimp omelet. Alternatively, you can have a berry smoothie with nuts and seeds
    • Snack: 1 cup of nuts
    • Lunch: roasted chicken with thyme, onions, and black olives and a bit of sage and lemon
    • Dinner: penne pasta with mushrooms and tomato sauce along with brown rice
