EPL: Arsenal set to hijack West Ham’s move for Lingard

Arsenal is set to hijack West Ham’s proposed move for Jesse Lingard this summer, according to The Daily Star.

Lingard has rediscovered his best form under David Moyes, since leaving Manchester United on loan in January.

Moyes is desperate to sign the England forward on a permanent deal when the initial agreement ends.

However, Arsenal is now believed to be eyeing a swoop for Lingard.

The Gunners will be prepared to pay as much as £30 million for the player, as Mikel Arteta continues his rebuild at the Emirates Stadium.
